1. Eligibility
	Applicants should be non-native speakers of Japanese.
2. Administrative Organization
	In Japan :	The Association of International Education, Japan
	Overseas :	The Japan Foundation(Interchange Association in Taiwan) will work with local host institutions to administer it.

3. Test Date
	December 2nd (Sunday), 2001
4. Methods of Application (in Japan)
	a.Application form	A prescribed form
	b.Brochure	It will be on the sale at major bookstores in Japan.
	c.Test Fee	5,200 yen(Incl.consumption tax) It must be paid using the prescribed postal transfer order form.
	d.Application Period	August 6th (Monday) ~ September 6th (Thursday) (Applications postmarked after September 6th, 2001 will NOT be accepted).
